Heidi Watney, born May 19, 1981 is an American sportscaster from the United States. Her first year as a National Merit Scholar, and she was a student at the University of San Diego as an academic scholarship. In 2003, she graduated with high grades. Watney was the first runner up in Miss California USA 2002. Watney started her career at KMPH-TV in Fresno in September 2003. The reporter began her career as a morning traffic reporter, before moving to anchoring for the weekend in 2005 and becoming a sports reporter on weekdays. The reporter moved to Massachusetts in 2008, and started working for New England Sports Network. She was a Boston Red Sox gameday reporter. Watney also hosted Ultimate Red Sox Show and Red Sox Report.In January 2012, Watney began working for Time Warner Cable SportsNet as a reporter for LA Galaxy. However, in November 2012, Watney got hired by MLB Network. There she was employed for nine years. She was the host of Quick Pitch. She joined Apple TV+ 2022. 6.
