Cassie Scerbo is an American performer and actor who was first in the spotlight after she was selected for the pop group 'Slumber' that was all female. Party Girls which hosted the popular children's show Dance Revolution on CBS in the mid-2000s. Cassie Scerbo became famous for her role in Bring It On, In It to Winning It. and the ABC Family drama, Made It or Break It. She is perhaps best known for her role as Nova Clarke from four of the six films of the Sharknado famous pop-culture phenomenon. Scerbo loves fitness, sports and exercise. She is also an active philanthropist. She dedicates a lot of time to environmental and social causes like cancer awareness, sex trafficking and supplying safe drinking water in Africa. Scerbo is also well-known for her frequent visits to the hospitals that treat children in Los Angeles. Scerbo is also an alumni of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Florida where convicted teenager Nikolas Cruz was responsible for shooting 17 students and staff in 2018, making it the deadliest school shooting in American time, beating the Columbine massacre in 1999. In early 2008 she began posting songs from her album via her MySpace profile. An organizer for underground raves became interested in her music. Charli XCX became her stage name and started attending raves. Local hit songs quickly came along, such as!Franchesckaar? And Emelline/Art Bitch. Asylum Records acquired her services in 2010. Alex Metric sang the vocals on the track End of the World released in 2011. True Romance her debut studio album was released in 2013. The album received a positive review from the press and critics. In its first week it sold 1,241 copies and climbed to number 85 in the U.K. Albums Chart. Charli quickly began working on her new album. In a short time she made an appearance on Australian rapper Iggy Azalea's huge hit Fancy. It reached the top spot at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States. She released her debut in the month of December. The album became a sensation worldwide. It was ranked at 28 on the Billboard 200 in the United States. The album received positive reviews. Break the Rules on this album hit the top charts in several nations. She stated in July 2015 that she was working on her third album.
